Smeathers Cottage, a 4 bedroomed Farmhouse situated one and a half miles from The Olde House complex in Wadebridge, England. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and breathtaking views, the house is just 400 yards off the parish road. An ideal place if you seek complete seclusion yet only a 5 minute car journey from the popular beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock.

The house is spacious and downstairs comprises an entrance hall, shower room, wc and hand basin.

The large kitchen is well equipped dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine and tumble drier, iron & ironing board. NEW Utility Room.
