After 12 years of pampering guests in upscale lodges, ranches and yachts, Lisa & Artie Ahier wanted to slow life down and create something special with their young sons future in mind. SoBo is short for 'Sophisticated Bohemian' which is a summation of Lisas cooking styles, while classically trained she prefers the street food of the world to cook and eat.
After two years of commuting to work with their Restaurant, the Ahiers have turned their ignition key for the last last time, motoring the purple catering truck into the serene Tofino Botanical Gardens. Fresh organic gardens outside the kitchen window, a wine and beer list, Dining and Bathrooms, could just gravitate their parking lot food to the next level?
