You'll find some of the finest sailors in the world at Bristol Yacht Club side by side with boaters of every other stripe, enjoying each other's company in the club's classic but unpretentious home. That doesn't mean we don't put on the Ritz from time to time. We do know how to dress, when duty calls!
Social events at Social at Bristol Yacht Club run the gamut from dinner dances with big band accompaniment to outdoor island-themed parties with steel band sounds to lobster boils with all the fixin's. Families will find a warm welcome at the club, with casual TGIF dinners held every week during the sailing season and bimonthly during the offseason.
Social at Bristol Yacht Club are coordinated by our all-volunteer Social Committee, with support from many other club members throughout the year. Serving on the Social Committee is a great way to get involved in the club, especially for new members. You'll quickly become involved in activities that will lead to lasting friendships and indelible memories.
