The heart of the hotel is the marine Spa which we is designed around the view and it reflects the outstanding seaside location. Perched on a cliff top, the Spa has a double treatment room and wet relaxation lounge with floor to ceiling glass walls overlooking Carmarthen Bay. The Spa offers treatments using marine products such as seaweed, mud and clay, using the natural healing properties of the sea to aid relaxation.
This hydro pool is heated to body temperature providing a cosy haven, even on frosty winter days.
When the tide is in, you will experience the optical illusion of the pool edge blending to the sea below.
The swan neck fountain will ease away tension in your neck and shoulders. Hydrotherapy air jets will
suspend you above the under water recliner whilst gently massaging your body.
