As a new feature, there is a golf simulator at the Hotel. Players can choose from fifteen golf courses from all over the world, including the Emirates Golf Club in Dubai and the Moscow Country Club in Russia.

The Hotel can accommodate 264 people in 132 rooms. There are 115 double rooms (of these, thirteen are Business Class rooms and eight have a double bed), fourteen Suites (of these, six are Suites with a Finnish sauna), one Commodore suite and two rooms for people with disabilities. The Suites have two rooms. Extra beds and baby cots are available. The rooms include WC, shower, TV, radio and phone. Some of the rooms have a balcony. Most of the rooms are allergy-free.

The Hotel includes the 150-seat Marine restaurant with a lobby bar. You can use the sauna, pool, or fitness centre; go bowling and play billiards; use the conference rooms for 12, 30, 50 and 110 people, and the business lounge for 35 people. The conference rooms include all the equipment required for a successful conference ? overhead projector, slide projector, video and paper board.
