The St. Innocent Winery in Salem, Oregon dates all the way back to 1988 and they produce small lots of hand made vineyard designated wines including exceptional and outstanding Pinot Noir and white wines. Most of their fruit comes from independently owned vineyards, and they practice sustainable, organic and biodynamic farming and access fruit from vineyards employing all of these techniques. The St. Innocent Winery tasting room is open daily with three different wine flights available, and they have private tours and tastings available, and summer Saturday tours include a tour of the Winery and special tasting with the winemaker and more, they also offer a lunch with the winemaker with tours and tastings for groups.
