The Stables offers two fully appointed conference rooms that can cater for the needs of both small and larger groups up to 22 people in a U shape.

Both rooms have ergonomic 'all day' conference chairs, plenty of natural light and the usual facilities you would expect in a quality IACC approved member venue.

A range of indoor and outdoor options exist for break-out or syndicate work and delegates have access to refreshments (tea / coffee etc. at all times)

All rooms feature bay windows and a colonial architecture that provides an unique ambience and 'homeliness'.

You will find a large comfortable bed, direct dial telephone and separate internet connection for direct dial access. Each room has it's own ensuite and climate control along with wonderful views to make it easier for you to relax and focus on other things.

The historic Gairloch dining room provides a wonderful setting to enjoy the very best of what the Peninsula has to offer. The welcoming blue stone fireplace and exposed hand adzes?d wooden beams in the ceiling take care of the environment and our chefs take care of the rest.

For many delegates, the quality of the main evening meal is a real moment of truth and we take this very seriously. Our chef prepares a restaurant quality main fare selected from fresh seasonal produce and complimented by quality Peninsula wines.

The Mornington Peninsula has an amazing range of natural and tourist attractions. Red Hill is considered the center of many boutique wineries that are increasingly being considered world class. Some of Australia's best golf courses are also found on the Mornington Peninsula including venues that have hosted major event such as the Australian Open.

A few minutes drive will see you in beautiful safe bay beaches or surfing at coastal beaches. If you seek something more leisurely, visit some of the wonderful local galleries, get lost in the maze or take a chairlift from the top of the mountain.
