Strathwhillan House, privately owned by Philip and Charlotte Hirschfield, lies in beautiful grounds with magnificent views over Brodick Bay to the Castle and Mountains beyond. It is conveniently situated half a mile from the centre of Brodick and 200 metres from the ferry terminal. Strathwhillan House is an attractive blend of traditional and modern. The original house is over 150 years old and has been carefully renovated to preserve its character. The gardens are laid out with courtyards, lawns and flower beds and there is ample parking near the main door for those who need it.
The most southerly of the Scottish Islands, Arran is easily accessible by all means of transport. Just 30 miles west of Glasgow, a one hour crossing on a modern roll-on, roll-off car ferry transports you to this Isle of outstanding scenery and tranquil Hebridean atmosphere.

All guest rooms at Strathwhillan House, Bed and Breakfast are on the ground floor. Parking and access are easy for guests with mobility problems and as such we have a designated car parking space close to the entrance if requested. All rooms are attractively furnished and have colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. Central heating throughout ensures the comfort of the off-season visitor.

Breakfast is served each morning between 8.30 & 9.30, however, an earlier breakfast can be arranged if needed, but will not include any cooked food.
