Sugar Hill Manor is an 1878 Victorian home, built by Col. Elmer J. Barker and was once known as Barker's Sugar Hill Farm. Situated on three acres, Sugar Hill Manor Bed and Breakfast offers four nicely appointed and tastefully decorated Guest Rooms; each with a private bath.

Enjoy gracious hospitality, peaceful surroundings and the ambiance of a bygone era. A sumptuous breakfast is served each morning in a spacious and inviting dining room with group or individual seating. Complimentary refreshments are served each afternoon.

A Victorian parlor is available for guests to gather, watch TV and movies or just relax. Guests can enjoy a peaceful walk around the grounds, a quiet visit on the parlor-side porch or a restful respite under the trees in Adirondack chairs.

Nearby attractions include the Crown Point State Historical Site and Champlain Memorial Lighthouse, Penfield Museum, and Fort Ticonderoga. The Manor is also a wonderful location for bridal showers, anniversaries, or other special occasions that you wish to make more memorable.

Sugar Hill Manor is smoke-free. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets; Bailey, the cat, is in residence. Children are welcome on a limited basis.
