Rooms are tastefully decorated, and from the moment you arrive, you're in an island state-of-mind. The dining room and sun/game room area are spacious and have a beautiful view of grounds. New re-modelled kitchen with complete laundry room with washer and dryer.

The master suite has a king-size bed, full bath, large walk-in closet, and balcony overlooking the pool and cove. The guest bedroom suite has two double beds also has a full walk-in closet, full bath, and balcony overlooking pool and cove. The sofa in the living room has a hide a way queen bed.The two story lanai has a informal dining area overlooking the backyard, pool and cove. Relax in your lanai overlooking the backyard, pool and cove. Sit in your lanai and enjoy the stunning view of the backyard and the calm water of the cove.

You can swim in your 20'x40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze. For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is plenty of deck furniture provided with a mixture of chaise lounge chairs, benches and table.

Enter Rum Point Point Beach by taking a few steps from your front door on a sand path. As you walk toward the Beach, cool trade winds quickly erase all thoughts of your job, commute and bad weather at home. Australian pines with island parrots and tropical birds sitting on feathery branches shade the shore.

Rum Point Beach features lovely white sand Beaches, pristine snorkeling over marine protected reefs, volleyball and beautiful Casuarinas Australian pines with shaded hammocks, Beach chairs and picnic tables. The Wreck Bar & Grill offers an excellent lunch menu and full bar.
