Sundance in St Just, Cornwall, is a dance Studio that offers amazing community group Dance Lessons for over 50's, and as no dance experience is necessary, everyone attending classes will build confidence, learn fun new skills, meet new friends and enjoy a good laugh. Our aim is for everyone to leave our dance Studio feeling joyful, invigorated and with a smile on their face. Our friendly and relaxed over 50's dance classes are adapted to suit different needs and abilities, and offers non-competitive exercise that will improve posture, co-ordination and flexibility.
