In 1990 Barbara opened the Sunra Yoga & Holistic Health Centre in South London, specialising in many styles of Yoga and alternative medicine. She ran the centre and also worked there as a Yoga teacher, counselor and masseuse. In 1996 she sold the business to realise her dream of living and working in the sun. Barbara currently lives and works in the Sinai and India during winter, and London and Ibiza during summer. The Yoga holidays and Yoga diving holidays take place at the Bedouin Moon Hotel, situated on a quiet beachfront a short distance north of Dahab's Asallah village.The Bedouin Moon is a small and friendly hotel, with simple but comfortable rooms. All rooms have a balcony or terrace, en-suite shower and toilet, and either sea or mountain views.The Hotel has a magnificent custom built Yoga room making your Sunra Yoga practice special and inspirational.There are two Yoga classes per day with one free day per week. Additional activities include diving, snorkeling, camel and horse riding, desert dinners, quad biking or you can simply relax, have a massage and catch some of the beautiful Red Sea sunshine!
