Welcome to our 1885, renovated Victorian mansion.  Sutherland House Bed & Breakfast, located just 1.5 miles from Main Street and the top of Canandaigua Lake in the beautiful Finger Lakes area of Upstate New York, United States, is situated on 5 acres and surrounded by rolling farmlands. Sutherland House Bed & Breakfast's setting offers quiet and solitude but is convenient to wonderful restaurants, festivals, lake activities, skiing, concerts, antiquing and outlet shopping, and so much more.
Sutherland House Bed & Breakfast, built in 1885 by Henry C. Sutherland has been featured on many local tours including the bi-annual Ontario County Historical Tour.  The 6,000 square feet mansion has been lovingly restored, updated with taste and renovated to combine the charm of yesteryear with the conveniences of today.
