The swallows is a late Georgian house situated in an attractive residential area. Seafront and beach are within 300 yards of the house, and Exmouth town centre and station is just a 5 minute easy walk away. If you enjoy walking, the south west coast path follows the magnificent coastline eastwards which now boasts world heritage status.
We are an ideal base whatever your needs from a short break, seaside holiday or simply if on other business a breath of sea air.
Our accommodation has five very comfortable and well appointed rooms, four en-suite, one with a private bathroom.
