The menu at Swinside Lodge Hotel changes daily, with each meal prepared with the finest fresh local ingredients. Soups, breads & ice creams are just some of the home-made delights that testify to the skills and dedication of our well-respected chef! Selections of fresh vegetables accompany the main course and each evening we offer a traditional hot pudding, a cold dessert and a selection of fine Cumbrian cheeses. Our chef has even been known to share a recipe!
