Dublin is located in the stunning Broadmeadow Estuary, and Sailing is possible anytime of the day because the estuary isn't affected by the tides. Swords Sailing and Boating Club runs an extensive Sailing Programme from beginners to Advanced Sailing for both adults and children, there's even additional courses including ISA Instructor, First Aid, VHF Radio and more. Enjoy regular club racing and social and private events at the club which has two fleets of club sail boats which are used for training, and 3 club safety boats, plus a race committee boat. Swords Sailing and Boating Club welcomes juniors, and this family oriented club offers a great Junior Sailing programme in friendly atmosphere, and the ladies have their own annual programme and also man the club safety boats and run the racing club.
