The Telux World of Science attracts over 304,000 visitors per year to Calgary, Western Canada, including 50,000 school children. It is a favorite for families, school groups, and tourists.
Our new science centre will set a new standard for science centres in Canada and around the world as a world-class learning centre.
Telus World of Science employs the very latest technologies throughout the facility, all Canadians will get an opportunity to enjoy programs and exhibits either on-site or via a virtual science centre experience. Guided by on-going research reflecting community interests and needs, the new science centre will be a hub for families to explore the many dimensions of art and science. The results will spark a life-long interest in education and knowledge-based careers, ultimately sustaining the enviable high quality of life Albertans enjoy.
