Ten Minute Dish,is a family owned business. Well, maybe not so much â??family ownedâ? as it falls in the category of â?¦ I bought it, and my family (& extended family) members share in the delight of providing insight and recipes, and helping out when possible. It is not uncommon to find Grandpa Sparky (88 years) in an apron doing dishes!
I have strong ties and fond memories of Renton, having lived here for over 20 years. I worked for the City in the early 90's. My youngest daughter graduated from St. Anthonyâ??s school in 2000 - just a few blocks from my cooking studio. Over the years, I have watched Renton flourish and create its own unique identity. So it was without exception that when I decided to go into business for myself, I could not think of a better place to be than Downtown Renton!
