(TVCCA) is Southeastern Connecticut's Community Action, Inc Agency. We are a private, non-profit corporation that has been providing social services to the region's economically and otherwise disadvantaged citizens of New London County for over 40 years. Our 28 programs currently reach approximately 24,000 eligible clients annually.
