Open and comfortable kitchen with all new appliances and a full laundry room next to it give everything you need. Bright and colorful stairway leads to the master and guest bedrooms. Master bedroom has a King size bed with a full private bath, walk in closet and a balcony that overlooks the backyard, pool and cove.

The guest bedroom has two double beds with a full private bath, walk in closet and a balcony that overlooks the backyard, pool and cove. The two story lanai is spacious and give a beautiful view of the backyard and cove. New comfortable lanai furniture can be use for entertaining or just relaxing. There is an outside shower at the end of the ramp. Sit in your lanai and enjoy the stunning view of the backyard and the calm water of the cove.

You can swim in your 20'x40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze. For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is plenty of deck furniture provided with a mixture of chaise lounge chairs, benches and table.

Enter Rum Point Point Beach by taking a few steps from your front door on a sand path. As you walk toward the Beach, cool trade winds quickly erase all thoughts of your job, commute and bad weather at home. Australian pines with Island parrots and tropical birds sitting on feathery branches shade the shore.

Rum Point Beach on Cayman Kai, features lovely white sand Beaches, pristine snorkeling over marine protected reefs, volleyball and beautiful Casuarinas Australian pines with shaded hammocks, Beach chairs and picnic tables. The Wreck Bar & Grill offers an excellent lunch menu and full bar.
