Welcome to Trailer Inns of Spokane in the United States. Spokane is located in the heart of the Inland Northwest, and it serves as a shopping, entertainment, and medical hub for an area that includes Eastern Washington, Eastern Oregon, North Idaho, Western Montana, and southern portions of Alberta and British Columbia. The Spokane River runs through our downtown with spectacular falls on the western end of our city core. In 1974, Spokane hosted a World's Fair. Expo '74's lasting legacy is Riverfront Park, once a highly used rail yard, the property was converted into a park to host the fair. This city landmark features year-round attractions including a Giant Screen IMAX Theatre, views of the falls, a historic Looff Carrousel, ice skating in winter, mini-golf, amusement rides, a pizzeria, bike rentals and more family fun.
Trailer Inns is an outdoor-lover's paradise, with downhill and cross-country skiing, white-water rafting, camping areas, hiking trails, numerous lakes, and the Centennial Trail all in our backyard. Trailer Inn is home to the largest timed road race in the nation, Bloomsday, and the largest three-on-three street basketball tournament, Hoopfest.
The name Spokane comes from the Native American tribe that makes its home in this area and means "Children of the Sun," which is exactly what you'll find in Spokane. We are known for our bright blue skies, glistening rivers and lakes, and our welcoming community.
Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or family vacation, take time to discover Spokane. The attractions are amazing. We look forward to seeing you soon at Trailer Inns.
