Treliggan is a spacious late Victorian apartment that enjoys an enviable, elevated position with panoramic views overlooking the beautiful, unspoiled Fowey Estuary and out to the open sea.  Its south-facing aspect makes it an ideal location for all year round holidays.

Treliggan comprises of lounge/dining room.  This large 30ft long lounge/dining room faces the river/sea giving delightful views from the bay window which has cushioned seating.   It has a television, DVD, video, some books and games for use by guests.   Treliggan has a telephone to receive incoming calls and free to use for local outgoing calls.   In the original fireplaces are two 'living flame' gas fires.

Treliggan has a well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and ample crockery and cutlery.  The utility room houses a washing machine, small dryer, iron, ironing board etc as well as the boiler for the central heating system.
