Welcome to Treliske Annex a delightful and modern holiday let for two people with stunning views across the Salcombe Estuary and a wonderful location in Kingsbridge, England, United Kingdom, in the heart of the South Hams, the jewel in Devon's crown.
The accommodation at Treliske Annex comprises of an open plan lounge / kitchen / diner with everything needed to enjoy your stay, electric hob, fridge and microwave in the kitchen, whilst the comfortable lounge is equipped with TV, DVD player and HiFi, as well as wi-fi internet access for those who wish to bring a laptop. Meanwhile, the double bedroom is adjoined by a modern en-suite shower room. With underfloor central heating and double glazing, the Annex is not only a great place for a summer holiday, but also a superb base for a winter break.
Outside there is a south-facing patio area with barbeque, enjoying the best of the sun and the awesome views of the Salcombe estuary and surrounding countryside - perfect for that morning coffee or alfresco dining as the sun sets on another mellow Devon day.
Situated in a quiet residantial area, there is plenty of street parking and only a fifteen minute walk to the centre of Kingsbridge, England, with it's array of cafes, traditional pubs, delis and a wonderfully unspoilt traditional shopping street. We're also only a couple of minutes from a slipway, giving easy access for exploring the beautiful Salcombe estuary by boat.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate babies, children or pets, and that the Annex is unsuitable for wheelchair access. For the comfort of our guests, we have a no smoking policy.
Bed linen, towels and electricity are included. A small spaniel dog lives in the main house.
