Andreas Chrysostomou could well be described as a man who 'Really can cut the mustard' at least as far as the cultivation of his vineyards is concerned.
Andreas left his home in Cyprus, and travelled to the French town of Dijon, a city noted for being not only the mustard making capital of Europe, but also recognised the world over for the production of excellent Wines. It was here that Andreas studied the art of Wine making, a superb training, which has stood him in good stead for the creation of his own Wines. Returning to Cyprus with his Winemaking diplomas, and determined to put his now extensive knowledge to commercial use, he then worked at a locally based Winery for a further six months, Andreas was then ready to acquire his large stretches of vineyards, all of which are set in the Polemi area of Paphos, the vines grown here, now produce for Andreas Wines that are steadily growing in popularity, all of which are only sold to selective quality restaurants.
