We re-launched Tubing in the Storms River Gorge in October 2008

The Adventure begins at Tube 'n Axe Backpackers -(the best Hostel in Storms River-just by the way) where we do our blackwater tubing orientation briefing, introduce you to the Storms River experts and get kitted up for a day of fun in the tsitsikamma..

The tubing group then jumps into the pickup and we drive you through the majestic Tsitsikamma Plaatbos forest to the drop off point on the edge of Storms River Gorge.

From there it's a 10min steep walk down to the rivers edge where the Blackwater Tubing safety brief takes place
