We have a non smoking policy throughout the house but guests are welcome to have a quiet smoke in the garden.
We are a 20 minute stroll from the seafront and 15 minutes from the town.
The walk is very pleasant taking you along the banks of the River Sid through the 'Byes' National Trust Park which is only a couple of minutes from Tyrone.
