The Union League Cafe is the realization of the dream of our chef-owner Jean Pierre Vuillermet to create a Restaurant that reflects the fine cuisine of France with his unique cooking personality. Since 1993 our desire has been to capture the conviviality and old world charm of a Parisian brasserie combined with a refined seasonal cuisine. Using the freshest local and organic product, the menu blends the best of French classical tradition with a more contemporary approach to flavors, textures and native fresh ingredients.
We designed Union League Cafe Restaurant, New Haven, with lively, unpressured atmosphere in which to relax and enjoy good food and wine. Our airy bar is a happy gathering spot to enjoy a glass of champagne or a simple meal. The hearth fire is always lit to welcome you, your family and friends.
