The Standard American Diet (SAD) and the food pyramids are not geared towards people who are vegetarian or vegan and therefore a majority of people may not realize how good natural food really tastes. Real foods are unprocessed - free of additives, chemicals, and artificial colorings. It has always been our goal to serve up the most delicious food while staying true to a healthy eating philosophy. Of course, we serve no meat, poultry or fish items. In some cases, customers are offered a choice of soy or regular dairy cheese.
