Lynton and Lynmouth are situated in one of the most beautiful areas in the South West, and provide an excellent base from which to explore Exmoor National Park and the Heritage Coast of North Devon.
There are 8 comfortable bedrooms at the Victoria Lodge, named after Queen Victoria?s daughters and daughters-in-law, all decorated in bright warm colours and dressed with beautiful drapes and furnishings.
Each is individually designed, with comfortable beds draped with richly coloured fabrics, a soft seating area, colour TV, and tea and coffee making facilities. The sparkling en suite bathrooms are very modern, but still have that touch of Victorian charm. Luxury bath sheets and hairdryers are provided.
Visitors have been coming to this corner of Devon since Victorian times, when the two villages became known as ? the little Switzerland of England ? due to the 600ft difference in height.
