At just 2 km from Villa delle Rondini there is the wonderful facilities of Miglianico Golf (equipped with a 18-hole course, swimming pool, restaurant, etc.). Villa delle Rondini is an excellent opportunity for who would like to spend some time in total relaxation in Francavilla al Mare. It is surrounded by 3000 square meters of green park which swarms with age-old olive trees.

The structure has been split into Apartments with independent, separate entrances, obtained by an original Cottage in stone and brick, skilfully renovated, which manages to marry traditional materials and the comfort of a modern residence.

The Apartments, furnished with simple and functional interiors favouring materials such as wood and beaten wrought iron, are equipped with a full kitchen including fridge, 4 stoves, sink and all the necessary tableware, autonomous heating system, bathroom with shower, tv and - in two of them - a fireplace. They can accommodate 4 to 5 people.

The wide external lawn is equipped with small beds, children's toys and a barbecue with gazebo. There's a 6x12 mt swimming pool as a free service for our customers. Some mountain bikes are available to guests to go on nice trips on the seaside (at just 1 km) or along the Foro river.
