300 yards from fine sand beaches, you will find a comfortable house that can accomodate 10 people. The large living room has a South facing deck, two couches, armchairs and fireplace with insert. In the forefront, an exotic wood table, on the left, the bar and the american style kitchen and on the right the dining room. On the first floor of Villa du Menhir is 3 bedrooms, 1 children's cabin, 1 full bath and 2 WC.
On foot, depending on which way the wind is blowing, you will be able to choose between 3 fine-sand beaches, each about 300 yards away. The Chardon Bleus Beach is a wild landscape. The Crapaud Beach is the ideal spot for sports with the FFV Sailing Club. On the Petit Nice Beach, you will be able to relax on the warm sand and let yourself be gently rocked to sleep by the rythhm of the tides.
