Our breakfasts are renowned, and consist of freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, cereals including our own homemade muesli, milk/yoghurt, homemade wholewheat seedloaf, toast, ciabbata rolls, croissants, eggs to order, deli cold cuts, cheeses, tomatoes, french jams and preserves, honey, a selection of teas and excellent coffee.
All rooms are individually decorated, with damask linen and interesting art. Our staff are very friendly and the ambience, relaxed and informal but professional. Nothing is too much trouble! We are situated in cosmopolitan Sea Point, which is convenient, pretty well wind-free and enjoys great weather.
Major South African and Western Cape Tourist Attractions easily accessible from the Atlantic Seaboard include:
Table Mountain, Lion?s Head and Signal Hill from which fantastic views of Cape Town not only in the day but also at night is within easy access. It is but a few minutes to the famous V&A Waterfront from where the ferry leaves for historical Robben Island. The Gay Village in De Waterkant, the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), the colourful Cape Quarter, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and of course Table Mountain are within easy access as are the beautiful Beaches of Clifton, Camps Bay and Sandy Bay. The Western Cape Winelands Routes for wine tastings are very popular and about 45 minutes from town.
