Welcome to the Visual Recruit, Adelaide, Australia. The Visual Recruit business idea was initiated during the end of 2007 by founder Celeste O’Reilly. During this time intensive work was undertaken in research, planning, consultation and development. Visual Recruit Pty. Ltd. was formed on 25 January 2008 to provide permanent and contract placements in Executive, Management, IT, Professional and Office support staff to medium and large enterprises starting in Adelaide and South Australia. We will also recruit from our inter-state and international offices from April 2008. Our South Australian employment agency license was obtained on 27 Feb. 2008 and we have opened our doors officially on 1 March 2008.
Celeste O’Reilly holds enterprise experience in business analysis, business scorecard system development, project auditing, contract management, staff selection and staff performance system design, property development, research, publishing and she is a successful author. She thrives on assessing programs in order to provide positive outcomes such as streamlined processes and improved communication systems. Although she is a highly analytic, her strong communication and people skills are a much needed advantage. It is visualized that her broad range of expertise enables her to provide excellent ad-on Recruitment services to provide maximum business benefits to clients.
Shaun O’Reilly has 10 years enterprise experience in IT development as contractor. He developed the Visual Recruit technologies and heads the IT Recruitment processes.
Shaun gives IT managers’ value-added advice on software purchasing decisions and on improving systems to increase business efficiency. He also assist IT Managers with establishing the right skills profile for the right job. His extensive skills and experience assists clients in making informed business decisions savings costs, improving systems and delivery.
