Welcome to Walkers View, a modern, end-of-three townhouse in a quiet residential area just beyond Fitz Park, an easy and pleasant short walk to Keswick's town centre.  The back garden runs up to the old railway line (which is now part of the Coast to Coast cycle way) with its bank of mature trees & is a peaceful, quiet spot to relax in. Red squirrels are frequently seen in the garden.

Walkers View has full double glazing, central heating by an Airflow System, is very nicely decorated and all furniture is of excellent quality.   It has a lounge/dining room with colour TV, DVD, video, and CD player and patio doors to garden at the rear.

The kitchen has modern wooden fronted units and is very well equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer.

Bedrooms at  Walkers View consist of  a double, a single & a twin room.  Bathroom with toilet washbasin and bath with electric shower over.

Walkers View is a no smoking establishment and pets are not allowed.   There is a garage plus additional parking for guests.   Rental is fully inclusive of electricity, gas and bed linen.
