Our quaint, clean, very peaceful, private, brown shingled, three story, old-fashioned watertower has been recently charmingly renovated to accomodate guests. It sits near the main house on four acres of meadows surrounded by redwood trees. The property is approximately 12 miles from the romantic town of Mendocino in a Farmy, coastal setting with a goat, a sheep for company.
The ground floor has two walls of windows looking out unto the
majestic redwods and quiet meadows with a warm wood stove. The second story is a sitting room with a balcony amid the trees, and the third story has a loft. There is a hot tub overlooking the meadow.
