The Hotel offers four bedrooms all of which are en-suite. Two rooms at the Wavecrest Guest House are family or twin rooms and two are doubles and they can make a plan to let one or two as singles. Two rooms of the Hotel have a superb view of the sea and harbour entrance.

At The Wavecrest Guest House there are colour TV's in all rooms and a recent addition is wireless access to Internet. Tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits are available as well as hand and bath towels and changed when necessary or on request.

The Wavecrest Guest House is situated close to the town and Railway and Bus stations and are all within walking distance. Lowestoft has a pedestrianised shopping centre with all the usual chain stores (BHS, MandS, etc)

The Tourist Information Centre is 150 yards away and the Hotel can assist and help you plan your stay as they keep several leaflets about local attractions.

There is unrestricted parking at the Guest House on the road-side outside the house and there are two additional parking spaces at the back or there is a pay car park opposite.
