VICTORIA (was Super A);- Luxury 35/37 x12ft.- 3 bedroom (2-6 berth) caravan. Modern, fully insulated caravans with heating throughout. Most have double glazing and central heating. One double and two twin bedrooms. Bathroom with shower and handbasin. Separate W.C. with hand basin. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious sitting and dining area.

All our flats have colour televisions, are comfortably furnished and carpeted and are supplied with duvets, sheets, pillows, pillow cases and extra blankets. Electric Hoovers and cleaning equipment are provided.

Flat 1:- 4 bedroom maisonette. Sleeps up to 8 people. A superb, self-contained centrally- heated and double glazed maisonette on the 1st. and 2nd. floors. Large sitting/dining room with breathtaking views over the Solent and West Cowes Harbour. Adjoining fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. One double and three twin-bedded rooms. Combined bathrooms on both floors with shower, bath, hand basin and W.C.

Flat 2:- Extensively refurbished in 2007 two bedroom. Sleeps up to 5 people. A beautiful self-contained flat on the first floor with central heating and double glazing. Spacious sitting/dining room with superb views over the Solent and Cowes Harbour. Adjoining fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. Large main bedroom with one double and one single bed. Second bedroom with full size 3ft. bunk beds. Combined bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin and W.C.

Flat 3:- Refurbished for 2008 three bedroom. Sleeps up to 8 people. Spacious self-contained centrally heated flat on the 1st floor. Large entrance hall with double sofa-bed. Large family bathroom with bath W.C. and hand basin. Double bedroom with en-suite W.C. hand basin and shower room. One twin-bedded room. Third bedroom with full size 3ft bunk beds. Large well furnished sitting/dining area. Adjoining fully fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and hob. This flat overlooks the courtyard area to the front of the house.

Our marked pitches are levelled well, drained and fully serviced with electricity, mains water supply and grey water disposal. Most are a combination of grass and hard standing. A few are all grass and all have excellent views of the Solent.

We offer both marked pitches with un metered electricity and unmarked pitches. Prices start from £5 per night for adults and £2.50 per night for children over 5. Children under 5 stay for free. Electric hook up fees apply.

Open air heated pool & nightly entertainment. Whitsun ? 12th September. The Management reserve the right to alter or cancel the programme. Limited number of dogs accepted by prior arrangement.
