Massage therapy focuses on the function of the skin, circulatory system, nervous system, myofascia, joints and muscles. Effects of massage therapy to these systems may be direct or indirect during the course of massage therapy treatment.
White House Wellness Centre uses Swedish massage, which works by manipulating the soft tissue to increase circulation and reduce muscle tightness. As well as myofascial release techniques, which include slow and subtle movements to help release fascia (connective tissue) and muscles.
Most private extended benefits programs cover some portion of massage therapy, so get started on enjoying a more relaxing life
