Welcome to Willow Farm, Skegness, United Kingdom. Willow Farm is a registered smallholding of 15 acres, with ponies, goats and free-range hens.

Willow Farm offer Riding Holidays for unaccompanied children 8 - 18yrs who live as family for a week, and we also have Bed and Breakfast Guests in separate en-suite accommodation all year round. You don't need to ride to stay with us!

Our children's holidays are primarily centred around riding, with qualified tuition and supervision, but you may also have a chance to help with or milk the goats, feed the hens, watch the chicks hatch, look for eggs etc.

We also have two house cats to cuddle, so even if you come on your own you'll not feel lonely. Many children come the first time on their own and return again with new-found friends.

Accommodation is as part of a country family - no cold caravans in the yard here! You sleep in the Farmhouse and have meals as family. No more than six children are resident at any one time, so no one can feel left out or lost. We have vegetarians in our family , so I am used to cooking a variety of meals. In summer we have a weekly BBQ, in winter we might toast marshmallows on our log fire.

Willow Farm, Skegness, will take any age from 8 years to 18 years but cannot take complete beginners on weekly holidays. We do our best to book similar ages and abilities each week, and sometimes have special 'themed' weeks. We also take school children for work experience. There are now so many related Equestrian Careers - grooms, yard managers, instructors, equine physios, trek leaders, veterinary nurses, saddlers, farriers, horse dentists - the list is endless and some experience is invaluable.
