It is a short walk to the picturesque downtown waterfront area where you will find unique shops, galleries, museums, entertainment and a variety of restaurants.
Along the waterfront is the Hector Heritage Quay featuring the reconstructed Ship Hector and interpretive center. Here Pictou's history and Scottish influences dating back to the late 1700's will unfold for you.
The Jitney Trail begins at the marina and follows the shore of the Harbour. It is perfect for a stroll or cycling. From it you will enjoy beautiful vistas of the town or watch the bald eagles soar above the water.
