Welcome to The Wilmington Academy of Music, United States. The Wilmington Academy of Music is the region's premier centre for the study of Music. Founded in 1987, the Academy offers comprehensive instruction in virtually all instruments, including brass, woodwinds, percussion, strings, piano, guitar, and voice. Our facility features classrooms specifically dedicated to the study of particular instruments, as well as areas for group lessons and recitals.

Opportunities for learning through our private lessons include Marter classes which offer the chance to work with regionally and nationally renowned artists in an intimate environment. These are offered throughout the year, monthly recitals that are important in perfecting performance skills, poise and technique and Group lessons offer the chance to play together with other students.
