The Woodchuck Gallery was established in 1972 but came to Gananoque in 1986. The store is located in the center of the downtown shopping area on the south-west corner of King Street East at Stone Street, in a former bank building. The bank vault is still in its original place and is in working order. This building was restored to its former grandeur on the outside, and is recognized as one of the significant architectural buildings in the commercial area of Gananoque.
Every item in the store is hand-chosen for its uniqueness and quality. Trips are made to countries around the world.
