The Woodland Dunes Nature Center and Preserve in Two Rivers, Wisconsin offers hiking and trails and over 1,300 acres of nature with each season bringing it's own wonders and activities and their mission is to protect and manage their globally important wildlife habitat. They also strive to involve the community and provide a greater awareness and understanding of natural resources through education, programmed events and experiences in the nature preserve. Come experience the various habitats including dune and swale forest, there's cattail marsh and shrub swamp and even native grasslands, enjoy the returning birds in summer, the butterfly garden, little wings play area and more and in winter there's snowshoeing and skiing.
