Also available for your use are; a pool and sauna area, a tennis court, a native pond area-great for a pre-dinner g&t, and over half an acre of gardens for you to explore.

As you weave your way down the tree-lined driveway you will feel the tensions of everyday life float away. Parking is right outside the Cottage which is a fully self-contained 2 bedroom, log cabin consisting of one queensize bed and two singles (which can be converted to a kingsize). There is cabin open plan lounge dining area with a gas fire, TV DVD, stereo, and also wireless broad band facilities. The kitchen comes with a gas hob cook top, microwave, fridge, jug and toaster. Quality linen and towels are supplied. Modern bathroom with shower. A continental or cooked breakfast can be prepared for you or else provisions can be pre-purchased for your arrival. A picnic, lunch, or dinner can also be provided by arrangement. Ample, secure parking exists on the property for your car, trailer, boat or caravan.

Pukehos, ducks and herons can be seen along the way and the occasional old maori harakeke weaver. Only a short drive will take you to the natural beauty at the Fernland Mineral springs where you can indulge yourself in a long hot soak.
