The Yurt at Lothlorien are within two hours drive from Sydney or Canberra is Lothlorien, a secluded five acre property, nestling below the Black Ash Nature Reserve on Berry Mountain in New South Wales, Australia.
Lothlorien lies halfway between Berry and Kangaroo Valley, a scenic ten minute drive in either direction. The self-contained timber Yurt offers an unpretentious and cosy hideaway for two. It is separate from the main house and set in an old orchard tucked into the edge of the rainforest. Short walks offer exhilarating views of the scenic Wattamolla Valley and the dramatic escarpments edging the Budderoo National Park.
The Yurt at Lothlorien near Berry, New South Wales, offers a cosy and unpretentious hideaway for two. It is set in an old orchard tucked in to the edge of the rainforest and is often visited by parrots, honeyeaters, bowerbirds and wombats. The covered north-facing deck provides a pleasant view of the old orchard ? and the birds!
In summer late breakfasts on the deck, still in PJ?s, are not uncommon and perfectly in order. The Yurt is a non-smoking environment and contains a bed sitting room and an attached ensuite. In the bed sitting room there is a queen size bed with electric blankets (all linen and towels provided), heater, TV, DVD and CD players.
The Yurt is also equipped with a fridge microwave, toaster and all cutlery, crockery and glasses. A small portable BBQ is available.
Tea and coffee and a light continental breakfast are included. Breakfast consists of muesli, fruit, fruit juice, toast and muffins. There is undercover parking close to the Yurt.
