Zest only opened this year but already developing a fine reputation with locals. The food at Zest is a fusion of fine pan pacific, deep Mediterranean and North African flavours. A favourite on the menu is funky fried seabass, the fish is served whole, accompanied by chilli tamarind jam and lemon salad. Beautiful paintings by local artist, Bekki Mourant, wonderful lighting, lots of plants and terracotta create a relaxed atmosphere, this Restaurant is set in one of Jerseyâ??s most unspoilt areas. From the terrace bar which serves an interesting selection of light lunches, you can enjoy what is arguably one of the most spectacular views on the Island. Zest is open for lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday.
