Located on an acre of land at the western entrance to the city of Tower, the land, steam locomotive, coach and depot were donated to the City of Tower for historical purposes, and the Tower train coach car is available for rental with tables and chairs, and can comfortably accommodate 22-45 people. The Tower-Soudan Historical Society Historical Center museum has hundreds of artifacts and photos as well as an information service, and the Homesteaders cabin was built in 1915 in the woods and hauled over the lake to Tower one winter.
