Arco Castle
Arco Castle in Arco, Trentino, Italy is a historical landmark and attraction with long history going back, and it was residence to the Arco counts in the Middle Ages. The Prato della Lizza is a green balcony overlooking the Garda Trenitino at the foot of the three sides of the enormous Torre Grande, and they Prigione del Sasso and Sala degli Affreschi feature beautiful frescoes of knights and court ladies of medieval times, the Torre Renghera at the top was a refuge in the event of siege, and still today the bell rings to call the farm folk to prayer. Arco Castle has seen much restoration since 1986, and guests can visit the prison, the large tower, halls and rooms, come for a historical journey to another time.
