Rhyl Miniature Railway
A visit to the Rhyl Miniature Railway in Rhyl, Wales starts with a train ride around Marine Lake on Britain's oldest miniature line, and welcomes children of all ages to enjoy a magical journey on one of their steam trains built in the 1920's. Rhyl Botanical Garden
The Rhyl Botanical Garden also known as Coronation Gardens, Belle Vue Gardens and King George V Playing Fields located in Rhyl, North Wales have a long historical interest and chequered history dating back to 1878. After falling into disrepair and neglect and restored in 2004, the site now offers beautiful botanical gardens open to the public, as well as bowls and tennis, i-play and a cafe. The community center at the Rhyl Botanical Garden offers art classes and other events throughout the week, run by volunteers, and all classes and groups are informal and friendly. Rhyl Botanical Garden has an activity room available for hire, ideal for children's parties and they can cater from the cafe, or if you prefer do your own catering.
