    Brecon Cathedral in Brecon, Wales, was built by the Normans in 1093, and after an interesting journey through history, became a Cathedral in 1923. This serene place of worship welcomes tourists, worshippers, and visitors who are interested in history, unique architecture and beautiful stained glass windows. The Heritage Centre at Brecon Cathedral is a 17th century tithe barn that has been beautifully restored, and is home to an interesting exhibition depicting the history of the Priory Church, and is available for wedding receptions, meetings and many other functions. Pilgrims tea room serves delicious homemade foods and offers an excellent catering service for events.
